Every module, explained
What each part of OneProof actually does, and the exact steps to use it — from your first collection form to embeds, integrations and billing.
Overview
Your dashboard home: at-a-glance stats (total, approved, pending), a submission-activity chart, and quick links to your collection form, imports and AI features.
- 1Open Overview — it's the first screen after you sign in.
- 2Use the Collect card to copy or share your public collection link.
- 3Switch the activity chart between Day, Week, Month and Year, and use the arrows to move to earlier periods.
- 4Use the Import and AI Features cards to jump straight into adding existing reviews or generating marketing assets.
Form
A drag-and-configure builder for the public page customers use to submit a testimonial — text, audio or video — plus the Publish toggle that makes it live.
- 1Go to Form and customize the fields, questions and thank-you step for your collection page.
- 2Turn on the optional Google Review CTA in the thank-you step if you want happy customers nudged toward a public review too.
- 3Click Publish. Your form is now live at your public collection URL (shown at the top of the builder).
- 4Share that link directly, or add it to Email Invites so customers get a personalised copy in their inbox.
Testimonials
The moderation queue for everything customers submit or you import — filter by status (pending, approved, rejected) and by type (video, audio, text).
- 1Open Testimonials to see everything collected so far, newest first.
- 2Use the status tabs to review what's Pending, then Approve or Reject each entry.
- 3Use the type filter (video / audio / text) to focus on one format at a time.
- 4Only Approved testimonials appear on your Wall of Love, Widgets, Rich Snippets and Social Proof images — moving something back to Pending or Rejected pulls it out of all of those automatically.
Wall Of Love
A beautiful, shareable public page (yourdomain.com-style /wall/[slug] link) built from your approved testimonials.
- 1Go to Wall Of Love → Templates and pick a layout (masonry, grid, carousel, etc.).
- 2Give it a name — this creates a saved wall you can keep editing.
- 3Open the wall to arrange which approved testimonials appear and in what order.
- 4Toggle it Public to get a live share link, or keep it Private while you're still building it.
Import Testimonials
Add reviews you already have — typed manually, uploaded as video, bulk-loaded via CSV, copy-pasted from Google/WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook/YouTube/LinkedIn/X and more, or migrated wholesale from Testimonial.to or Senja.
- 1Open Import Testimonials and pick a source from the left rail (Add your own, Social & reviews, More platforms, or Migrate).
- 2For a single review, fill in the text/video form; for bulk import use CSV Upload.
- 3To migrate an entire existing wall, choose Testimonial.to or Senja under Migrate and paste your public wall URL.
- 4Imports are inserted as Approved immediately (no moderation step, since you've already vetted them) — they show up on any connected Widget or Wall of Love right away. Move one back to Pending or Rejected under Testimonials if you don't want it public yet.
Widgets
Embeddable testimonial displays for your own website — carousels, grids, badges — each with a unique embed key and a copy-paste snippet.
- 1Go to Widgets → Templates and choose a layout.
- 2Copy the generated 2-line embed snippet.
- 3Paste it into your site — the editor shows exact steps for WordPress, React, Next.js, Webflow, Shopify and plain HTML.
- 4Approve a new testimonial later and it appears on your site automatically on the next page load — nothing to re-publish. You can place several widgets on the same page since each has its own embed key.
Rich Snippets
A live preview of the schema.org (JSON-LD) structured data OneProof injects for you, so approved testimonials can show up as star ratings in Google search results.
- 1Open Rich Snippets to see the exact JSON-LD your account currently emits, built from your approved testimonials' ratings and text.
- 2Check the Search preview panel for an approximation of how Google may render your listing with stars.
- 3No setup needed — this markup is already emitted automatically on every embed.js widget and on your public /wall/[slug] page.
- 4Approve more rated testimonials to raise your aggregate rating and review count.
Google Review
Manage the one link that turns happy customers into public Google Business Profile reviews, and see everywhere it's already being used.
- 1Open Google Review and paste your Google Business Profile review link, then save.
- 2Turn on the optional CTA in your Form's thank-you step to show it to customers right after they submit a testimonial.
- 3It's automatically included in every Email Invite you send.
- 4Create a Google Review button/badge under Widgets to embed the link anywhere on your site.
Integrations
Native Google Sheets sync plus Zapier, Pabbly Connect and generic Webhooks, so approved (or rejected) testimonials can flow into the rest of your stack automatically.
- 1Open Integrations and choose Google Sheets for a direct, no-Zapier-needed row sync, or Webhooks for Zapier / Pabbly Connect / a custom endpoint.
- 2For Google Sheets: sign in with the Google account that owns the sheet, create or pick a spreadsheet, and choose whether it syncs on approved or rejected testimonials.
- 3For a Webhook: paste your target URL (a Zapier "Catch Hook", a Pabbly Connect webhook trigger, or your own endpoint), pick the event, and save. Each event is delivered as a signed JSON payload; use the Test button to fire one immediately.
- 4Free includes 1 webhook and 1 native integration; Standard raises that to 5 each, Pro to 20 each, and Premium is unlimited. See full setup walkthroughs in the integrations guide below.
Email Invites
Paid plans (Standard and up). Bulk-send personalised invitations that link customers straight to your published collection form (and your Google review link, if set).
- 1Open Email Invites and add contacts by pasting emails or uploading a CSV.
- 2Publish your collection form first — invites need a live link to point to.
- 3Send from the list: OneProof sends directly if Resend or SES/SMTP is configured for your workspace, otherwise it opens a pre-filled email in your own mail app.
- 4Track each contact's status (queued / sent) directly in the list.
Teams
Paid plans (Standard and up) — Free includes a single member. Invite teammates into your workspace with a role (Owner, Admin, Editor or Viewer) so more than one person can moderate testimonials and manage settings.
- 1Open Teams and, if you're an Owner or Admin, use the invite form to send an invite by email.
- 2The invitee gets a link to accept and join your workspace.
- 3Manage roles or remove members any time from the Members list.
- 4Pending invites are listed separately until they're accepted.
Billing & Plans
Where you track plan usage (published testimonials, widgets, Walls of Love, team members, webhooks, integrations, AI minutes) against your plan's limits, and manage your subscription. OneProof has four tiers: Free, Standard (₹999/mo), Pro (₹1,999/mo) and Premium (₹2,999/mo).
- 1Open Billing & Plans to see your current usage against your plan's limits.
- 2Compare all four tiers in the plan cards — your active plan is badged, and yearly billing saves 5%.
- 3Click Manage Plan on OneOS to change tier. Billing is centralised on oneos.in and processed by Razorpay; your plan updates here automatically once payment completes.
- 4Downgrades and cancellations are handled on oneos.in from the same place.
AI Features
Pro and Premium plans. Turns approved testimonials into polished marketing assets — transcription, sentiment scoring, and generated case studies or social copy.
- 1Open AI Features (Overview → AI Features, or the sidebar entry).
- 2Pick an approved testimonial to work from.
- 3Generate a transcript (for video/audio), a sentiment read, or a full marketing case study / social caption from its content.
- 4Copy the generated output straight into your marketing materials.
Profile & Account
Your account details — name, avatar, email and password — shared across the whole OneOS suite, not just OneProof.
- 1Open Profile from the account menu in the top bar.
- 2Update your display name and avatar.
- 3If you signed up with email/password, change your password here; Google-authenticated accounts manage credentials with Google instead.
- 4This is the same identity used across other OneOS products — updates apply everywhere.

Social Proof
The Social Proof Studio turns any approved testimonial into a shareable image (quote card) for Instagram, LinkedIn, X and similar — no design tool required.
