How do I collect my first testimonial?

Open your dashboard and go to Form to customize your collection page, then share its link (or send Email Invites). Every video, audio, or text response lands in Testimonials for you to approve.

Where do approved testimonials show up, and how do I embed them?

Create a Widget from a template, copy its embed snippet, and paste it into your site — it renders live and updates automatically as you approve new testimonials. No re-publishing needed.

Can I send testimonials to my own tools?

Yes. Use a webhook to POST each approved (or rejected) testimonial to any endpoint you control (including Zapier or Pabbly Connect), or connect the native Google Sheets integration under Integrations. See the integrations docs for setup steps.

Is there a limit on the free plan?

Free includes 2 widgets, 1 Wall of Love, 10 minutes of video processing, 1 webhook, and your Google Sheets connection. Paid plans are launching soon for higher limits.
